Parlor Steps

 

A narrative sitting room becomes a satire on love and courtship. Independent aspects stage different scenarios. The pieces can be perceived onto themselves as individual sculptures. But my intend is to experience the work as a synthesized whole, enabling the audience to experience the full lyrical statement.


Mixed media, including, roofing tar, wall paper, gold Astor turf, flocked chair, etc. 9' x 15'.
